Our client, a well established and highly regarded partner within the A&D community is seeking a Specification Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to represent their premium, design-led multi-brand portfolio within London’s luxury residential and hospitality sectors. The post holder will build and convert a strong pipeline by influencing architects and designers at early project stages. In leveraging existing A&D relationships, this person will secure specifications and drive immediate commercial impact. The role also involves managing projects end-to-end ensuring specification integrity through to delivery and order conversion. A key aspect will be to play an integral part in growing market presence and developing the Clerkenwell studio as a hub for design engagement.
