Overview:
Our client, a major domestic heating brand, is seeking an Area Sales Manager to maintain existing one-off installers and grow business levels with them via a network of key merchants. This will enable the achievement of set targets for selling their domestic solutions including gas boilers, ASHP’s, unvented cylinder ranges & domestic point of use products.
This role is vitally important to our clients business success, as such we will be looking for a highly motivated individual who will work diligently using a journey plan to seek lucrative new business via the installer and merchant sectors.
The ideal candidate will:
- Ideally you will have experience of the domestic heating marketplace.
- Be a self-motivated individual.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- A confident communicator with installers/merchants.
- Proficient at selling the features and benefits of our clients main product range.
- Good organisation skills with a proactive approach to managing sales activity.
- Sound experience of building trusted relationships with key account merchants and effective negotiating skills.
- Full Driving Licence.
A full benefits package, including:
- Up to £45k D.O.E
- £20k p.a. OTE - paid quarterly
