Our client, an independent UK supplier of plumbing and heating products to the merchant and distribution sector, is seeking a commercially focused Area Sales Manager to join their team. This person will grow sales, strengthen merchant partnerships and increase product penetration across an allocated territory.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven field sales or account management experience, ideally supplying plumbing and heating merchants or working within merchant distribution.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation and new business development skills, with a commercial and customer-first approach.
• Organised, self-motivated and comfortable managing a territory independently, while collaborating with internal colleagues.
• Confident presenting technical product ranges and using CRM, reporting and Microsoft Office tools; full UK driving licence preferred.
