Overview:

Our client, an established distributer of plumbing supplies is looking for an ambitious Assistant Branch Manager to join their growing team in Mansfield. 

This is an excellent opportunity for an existing Assistant Branch Manager or an experienced Trade Counter Manager, Branch Supervisor or Internal Sales professional looking to progress.

This is a sales-led role where you'll work alongside the Branch Manager to grow the branch, build strong customer relationships, lead the team and drive sales performance.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience within a Plumbing & Heating Merchant, Builders Merchant or similar distribution business.
  • A proactive approach to winning and developing business.
  • Strong leadership and customer relationship skills.
  • The ambition to progress into Branch Management.

 

 

Benefits:

  • £32,000–£35,000 basic salary (DOE)
  • Performance-related bonus
