Overview:

Our client, a well established and highly regarded bathroom products manufacturer, is seeking to recruit a highly driven Contract Sales Manager to lead growth across the Central Region. 

This is a pivotal role for an individual who can take full ownership of both specification and contract opportunities, driving performance and delivering measurable sustainable results. The successful candidate will be a proactive hunter—someone who thrives on identifying and securing new project opportunities, while also building and nurturing long-term, sustainable relationships across the region. Key growth areas include Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool and Birmingham, where there is significant demand in high-rise residential, commercial, hotel & leisure developments. Alongside this, the role will focus on expanding their presence within the regional house builder and contractor markets.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional to make a tangible impact in a high-potential region, with the autonomy to shape and grow a strong project pipeline.

 

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong commercial mindset.
  • Exceptional people skills with the ability to build positive and productive customer relationships and strong working relationships both internally and externally.   
  • Experience of working with the commercial construction interiors sector to manage specification led sales, ideally from the bathroom industry. 
  • Knowledge and understanding of the construction build process and supply chain.
  • Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Technical knowledge about relevant building regulations related to the construction industry ideally in bathrooms and commercial washrooms.
  • A proven track record of generating, managing, and converting specification sales.
  • Exceptional understanding of the Sales creation & completion cycle and processes within 
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to pitch the brand. 
  • To be self-starting and motivated to hunt for viable opportunities

 

 

Benefits:

  • £50k - £58k salary
  • Uncapped annual bonus, realistic 20% (split across sales targets and performance, activates at 90% of target)
