Domestic Gas Engineer (Installs) - ACS Qualified.

Overview:

Our client, a property maintenance and installation organisation which specialises in servicing of gas central heating, is seeking a Domestic Gas Engineer. Your work will include the installation of gas central heating and hot water services to both private and commercial landlords, and industrial property owners of all kinds. You must be able to analyse, fault find, and carry out installations and services in a professional manner and to a high standard, in both compliance and accordance with current industry standards, regulation, and legislation. As part of a heating installation team the post holder will be expected to provide a comprehensive install service. You will be able to install boilers, radiators, cylinders, flushing and repair/renew pipes and fixtures associated with heating.

Ideal Candidate:

ACS qualifications - minimum of CCN1, CEN1, WAT1, (CENWAT), CKR1 & CPA1 DAH1, Unvented Hot Water, WRAS (water supply regulations 1999)
Minimum 5 years experience
Excellent communication skills
Able to work alone and within a team
Full driving licence
