Our client, a well known property maintenance and installation organisation, is seeking a Field Operations Manager to join their successful team.

As part of a commercial operations hub, the post holder will be expected to manage a team of heating system repair and service operatives and subcontractors. The purpose of this skilled team is to provide repairs, services and reactive maintenance fulfilling this element of the contracts within installations as follows: boiler room plant, in house dwelling’s, water tanks, pumps, BMS, ventilation, commercial catering equipment, legionella requirements, communal laundry equipment and dry risers. All whilst ensuring works are completed correctly, on time and within compliance.

You will also work closely with the commercial administration teams to ensure that works are managed and customers are kept informed of any changes to planned attendance or completion of the work.

• Certificate of Management of Asbestos (1-day) Training
• OSH 4-day ‘Working Safely’ Training Certificate (or equivalent)
• 3 years management experience
• Previous Experience of Supervising a team >5 persons
• Managing commercial aspects of a contract/business
• Full driving licence
• Confident in monitoring and managing an operative’s performance in order to identify any training needs within the team.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
