A key role supporting the Directorship on all aspects of commercial, operational and core finance as part of the Senior Leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Taking the lead and responsibility for all accounting and controlling functions.
- Managing the finance department and working closely with the management teams to ensure accurate and proactive advice is provided.
- Partner with Managing Directors to refine and develop the structure and future strategy of the business.
The ideal candidate:
- Will be a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
- Will have a minimum of 5 years of practical experience, manufacturing industry preferred but not essential.
- A business focused attitude, self-motivated with commitment and enthusiasm to deliver the best
