Internal Sales Executive - Baston

£30k - £35k (D.O.E)

Job Purpose:
The Internal Sales Executive is responsible for driving business sales to meet team targets, providing excellent customer service as the first point of contact, and delivering accurate quotations based on customer needs. This role involves managing existing customer accounts, handling the sales pipeline, and supporting lead generation through to closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create accurate quotations and follow up within 24 hours.
  • Manage and update the sales pipeline using CRM systems.
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Source new sales opportunities and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Achieve daily KPIs including 40 outbound calls and meeting sales targets.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven sales experience (B2B & B2C) with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience using CRM and ERP systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and time management skills.

Additional Requirements:

  • Support the Business Development team at trade shows.
  • Assist with order processing and customer visits.

KPIs:

  • 40 outbound calls per day.
  • Sales targets as set by the Sales Director.
