National (Home/Field Based)

Integral part of the sales management team helping to shape the future sales strategy of the business while being highly effective at building close working relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a significant expenditure budget and ensure it remains within agreed levels.

  • Maintain appropriate and regular contact with Key Accounts at all levels.

  • Agree Strategic plans for all accounts that identify target areas for growth along with key activities to maintain our existing business levels.

  • Lead, Manage and motivate Merchant Sales Representatives ensuring they deliver against agreed targets.

  • Ensure all activity is recorded via CRM.

The ideal candidate:

  • Will have solid experience of Key Account Management at a Senior level.
  • Will be capable of building a robust account plan against which you track the activity and success with each Account.
