National Sales Director
Showrooms
- Responsible for driving forward a fast-paced national showroom display rollout into national merchants, retail showrooms and high-end independent merchant showrooms.
- The main goal is to drive an increase in volume and quality of bathroom displays across mid to high-end showrooms
- Be an exceptional leader to achieve results and develop a high performing team by setting objectives and measuring team performance.
- Achieve ambitious growth plans targeting an aggressive increase in the share of bathroom products sold.
- Lead and develop a team of 8 Area Sales Managers, providing them with the right support to enable them to build strong business relationships and incremental growth.
- The Sales Director will also provide insight to define the sales and marketing strategy on both push and pull initiatives in this channel.
