Regional Contract Sales Manager (New Build) - Cumbria, Northeast & Scotland (South)
c. £45k - £55k (D.O.E)
Main responsibilities:
- Selling the full range of bathroom products manufactured into House Builders, Contractors & Merchants
- Gain secure specification sales by focusing on strong regional developer sector, High-rise developments and commercial project sectors
- Dealing with full sales cycle from lead generation and initial product proposals through to specification and order fulfilment phases
- Nurturing clients from prospects to becoming long term partners in the build and supply chain process
The ideal candidate will:
- Exceptional people skills with the ability to build positive and productive customer relationships and strong working relationships both internally and externally
- Experience of working with the commercial construction sector to manage specification led sales, ideally from the bathroom industry
- Knowledge of the construction build process and supply chain.
- Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
- Technical knowledge about relevant building regulations related to the construction industry ideally in bathrooms and commercial washrooms
- A proven track record of generating, managing, and converting specification sales.
- Exceptional understanding of the Sales creation & completion cycle and processes within
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to pitch the brand
