Overview:

Our client, a leading specialist trade merchant across the UK and Ireland, is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to join their successful team. As a field based engineer, this person will be responsible for conducting site surveys, agreeing system specifications with installers and homeowners, producing on‑site quotations, commissioning Air Source Heat Pump systems, completing system handovers, and resolving technical issues through remedial visits.

Ideal Candidate:

Plumbing & Heating: Level 3 NVQ or equivalent.
Heat Pumps: LCL/BPEC Heat Pump Design & Installation.
Compliance: G3 Unvented Hot Water, WRAS, and a comprehensive knowledge of MCS standards.
Technical Expertise: Proven experience in low-temperature hydraulic design and electrical fault-finding.
Willing to travel
