Technical Sales Engineer - Yorkshire & Midlands
Up to £45k D.O.E
Overview:
- Carry out product site trials with the aim of securing new business & Audit existing sites to verify Rebate claims
- Providing project site support and Knowledge across all ranges in order to maintain and grow sales
- Visit and maintain contact with assigned sites on a 6-8 week rota where required
- Assist the quality department an sales regions by investigating technical complaints linked to product portfolio
- To assist in the divisions strategy by identifying new sites/developments
- To nurture and develop a pipeline of business through effective project management
- To obtain and identify new business opportunities where possible through interaction with new installers and new sites
- To support the marketing team with products such as creating product specific case studies by providing pictures and narrative to show case installations of products
- To support the new product development team with the launch of new products, providing innovative new product ideas to enhance product range
The ideal candidate will:
- Good communication skills (written & oral)
- Ability to cultivate new and existing relationships
- Solution orientated approach
- Tenacious approach towards prospecting new opportunities
- Ability to communicate effectively at different levels
- Knowledge of the industry across all platforms and brands
