Technical Sales Engineer - Yorkshire & Midlands

Up to £45k D.O.E

Overview:

  • Carry out product site trials with the aim of securing new business & Audit existing sites to verify Rebate claims
  • Providing project site support and Knowledge across all ranges in order to maintain and grow sales
  • Visit and maintain contact with assigned sites on a 6-8 week rota where required
  • Assist the quality department an sales regions by investigating technical complaints linked to product portfolio
  • To assist in the divisions strategy by identifying new sites/developments
  • To nurture and develop a pipeline of business through effective project management
  • To obtain and identify new business opportunities where possible through interaction with new installers and new sites
  • To support the marketing team with products such as creating product specific case studies by providing pictures and narrative to show case installations of products
  • To support the new product development team with the launch of new products, providing innovative new product ideas to enhance product range

The ideal candidate will:

  • Good communication skills (written & oral)
  • Ability to cultivate new and existing relationships
  • Solution orientated approach
  • Tenacious approach towards prospecting new opportunities
  • Ability to communicate effectively at different levels
  • Knowledge of the industry across all platforms and brands
