Area Sales Manager - Commercial Heating

Overview:

Our client, A Market Leading Brand, is seeking an area sales manager to organise and co-ordinate the management of the allotted sales territory. This will be achieved by selling their full product portfolio of Commercial Boilers, Water Heaters and Heat Pumps to M&E Specifiers/End Users, Contractors & Distributors to achieve agreed sales targets.

The appointed person will be expected to consistently meet agreed activity levels through making effective sales presentations to specifiers and purchasers of boilers, heat pumps, water heaters, calorifiers & all associated ancillaries. The incumbent of this role will also be responsible for maintaining the sales database and CRM system (SalesForce) to the given standards and applying set procedures.

 

 Ideal Candidate:

  • Possess a good level of product and industry knowledge with the initiative to stay informed.

  • Build effective cooperative working relationships with internal and external staff.

  • Willing to attend meetings and training sessions.

  • Good time keeping and ability to work to deadlines.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and in a team.

  • Full driving license.

Benefits:

  •        1% Commission (£1.1M+ area)
