Business Development Manager – Bathroom Projects - S.West & S.Wales

Overview:

As a BDM you will develop new and repeat business for our bathroom products within the Commercial, Social housing and Regional Developer sectors.

Working closely with Contractors, Developers, National & Independent Merchants, your primary focus will be to create demand for our products and to deliver this demand via our merchant partners.

Networking with the estimating offices of our merchant partners will be an essential part of your role to ensure they are fully supporting your business development activities.

SCOPE:

1. Develop relationships with both existing and new contractors to ensure Geberit and Twyford products become the installation of choice on all projects. This will also involve converting competitor specifications to our products across multiple segments, including Commercial, Social Housing and Regional Housebuilding.

2. Work with Regional Developers to establish Geberit and Twyford at an early stage in the project, as their product of choice for all project specifications

3. Work with merchant estimating offices and manage all sales enquiries to the point of order conversion. This will include quotation conversion and tracking.

4. Ensure maintenance of the Company CRM system (Customer details, Call activity & Projects) in line with Company requirements and ensure targeted call rates of 180 per quarter are achieved.

5. Conduct training for Merchants & Contractors ensuring the are proficient in the promotion and use of Twyford & Geberit products.

6. Convert specified projects, working in conjunction with internal teams to achieve agreed targets.

7. Develop and present annual sales plans that clearly define opportunity for growth and enable the creation of an accurate sales forecast; ensuring we have sufficient stock levels to support your business development activities

8. Where relevant refer piping opportunities on projects to our Piping TSM’s

9. Support bathroom KAM’s where projects are secured in your territory
