Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager with extensive experience in the Commercial Heating industry. The role involves identifying and cultivating relationships with new customers, achieving company sales objectives, and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including consultants, mechanical contractors, and merchant groups.
- Identify and explore new market opportunities for our product portfolio.
- Collaborate with the technical team to develop product specifications and solutions.
- Prepare and manage quotations, monitor the project pipeline, and achieve sales targets.
- Organize and deliver tailored product presentations and CPDs.
- Provide market intelligence and assist in organizing exhibitions.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and other systems.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years in sales, particularly in the Commercial Heating sector.
- Strong understanding of commercial heating systems and installation practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and well-organized with a proactive approach.
- Valid driving license required.
