Overview:
The customer base consists of Retail Showrooms and Merchants, specifiers & designers.
Building strong business partnerships and understanding customer needs is vital to develop customer plans and propositions but so is seeking out and building new sales opportunities.
Understanding and managing the influence each customer type can have on the choice of brand and product used on a project is also key to success.
The territory consists of the following postcodes : London – W,N,NW,E,NE, and postcodes: UB, HP, HA, WD, LU, MK, AL, SG, EN, IG, RM, SS, CM, CO
The ideal candidate will:
- Passionate about customer service and delivering excellence
- Has a high level of integrity
- A good listener
- Maintains a professional image to internal and external customers at all times
- Ability to manage multiple activities and tasks through planning
- Collaborative with management
- Excellent attention to detail, well organized and a good level of numeracy
