The FOM Domestic Installations will be responsible for the domestic installation and minor works elements of contracts, ensuring works are completed correctly and on time, whilst managing the installation elements of contracts to client specific KPI measurements. The post holder will be required to ensure that the installation service is delivered in both a commercially and operationally successful manner on behalf of our client and to assist in the development, maintenance and enhancement of an exceptional client relationship.

You will apply your industry related knowledge and professional experience to the fullest extent to ensure that all parties over all work streams (including indirect labour) have the required level of training and the necessary resources to work safely, to satisfy all relevant regulations’ requirements and meet all relevant industry safety standards.

Ideal Candidate:

A Level or NVQ 3 qualified

Certificate of Management of Asbestos (1-day) Training
1-day Health & Safety Leadership Excellence: A Master Class for Senior Leaders (or equivalent).
NEBOSH Level Qualification
EXPERIENCE
>3 years management experience
Previous Experience of Supervising a team >5 persons
Managing commercial aspects of a contract/business
Management of Gas Servicing contracts
