BMS Trend Engineer

Field Operations Technician - Domestic Gas heating.

£46.8k - £51.5k DOE

Overview:

As part of a heating maintenance team the post holder will be expected to support a team of repairs and/or maintenance operatives who provide services in domestic heating installations and appliances in client properties. You will be able to assist and advise the area Team on work progress, monitor the operative’s performance, and produce improvement plans where required, provide technical support, identify any training needs within the team. You will be customer focused, with good leadership and communication skills, and carry out your work in a professional manner and to a high standard in compliance with and in accordance with current regulation and legislation.

Ideal Candidate:

ACS qualifications - minimum of CCN1, CEN1, WAT1, (CENWAT), CKR1 & CPA1 CMDDA1

Certificate of Asbestos Awareness Training
IOSH 1-day ‘Working Safely’ Training Certificate (or equivalent)
Experience of working in a multi-sited company
Experience of High Volume High pressure environments
Minimum 3 years’ experience
Previous experience in similar role
Previous experience in diagnosing faults on domestic gas central heating systems.
Experience of working to tight deadlines
Full driving licence
Excellent communication skills
Flexible and willing to take on additional tasks when required
Able to work alone and within a team

Benefits:

Salary £46.8k - £51.5k (depending on experience).
