Field Service Engineer – London South (outside M25)

£46,230 per annum

Overview:

The role of Field Service Engineer will require working closely with our client's Service and Technical Managers and primarily involve travelling to and from existing installations. This will be to carry-out warranty repairs and servicing to their range of Ground Source, Air Source and Exhaust Air heat pumps. All appointments are pre-arranged by their internal customer services team.

Ideal Candidate:

Professionalism and a good work ethic, especially when on site
Strong diagnostic skills and experience
F Gas Qualification would be an advantage
Ability and experience as a service/repair engineer in a related HVAC discipline
Excellent heating system and hot/cold water system knowledge essential
Refrigeration and biomass experience / knowledge, would be of benefit but not essential
Electrical experience/knowledge and understanding of the difference between three phase and single phase circuits
Ability to keep a van stock of parts in an efficient manner
Happy working under your own initiative
Ability to deal with difficult situations when on site
The desire to learn new skills
