International Specification Manager (London)
Architect and Design
Overview:
- To develop new and repeat business across all market sectors via specification.
- Develop the brand as the preferred partner for Architects, Interior designers, Developers and MEP consultants.
- Building relationships with Architects, Consultants, Clients and Interior Designers will be essential in this role.
Tasks and Accountability:
- Responsible to identify key stakeholders for Int. Projects (Middle East & Africa, Southeast Europe - Greece) within the design and planning hub London and build long term collaborations.
- Provide / secure project specifications in line with agreed targets.
Offer / carry out lunch & learns as well as CPD’s. - Tracking projects, contacts, accounts and specifications in CRM.
- Close cooperation with the International Sales AG and contribute to relevant project sales target. Pipeline in place - this is expected to be built upon
