Reporting to Head of Sales - Specification
Overview:
The sales department is responsible for increasing sales volumes of all products. This is met through the Distribution, Wholesale and Merchant channels while maintaining and increasing product specifications within the social housing sector to be delivered via the trade route.
The role of the Regional Key Business Manager – Key Accounts will be responsible for increasing presence within the social housing market. This will be achieved by engaging with Key Regional Social Landlords & New Build Developers at head office level within a geographical area and being responsible for promoting existing and new product solutions within the new build & refurbishment social housing arena.
Ideal Candidate:
Relevant experience in an equivalent sales role. Respected and known by key customers within the Social Housing, Wholesaler, Merchant, Distribution and Installers field.
The ability to build relationships with key senior contacts in target markets.
A clear understanding of current routes to market with a capability to identify and exploit emerging routes to market to benefit the business.
Excellent personal organisational and project management skills.
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
Good negotiation and customer management skills.
Good financial acumen and strong commercial awareness.
The ability to plan, set goals and organise effectively to achieve objectives.
Solid and demonstrable commercial, financial and negotiating skills.
Computer literacy – competent and confident IT Skills across CRM and MS Office specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
Positive can – do attitude.
Customer focused and driven to exceed excellence.
