Regional Contract Sales Manager


Multi-product bathroom brand.

Cumbria, Northeast & Scotland (South)

£45-55k Basic + 30% O.T.E.

Key responsibilities:

  • The role will be promoting the full range of bathroom products that manufacture into House builders, Contractors & Merchants by gaining secure specifications on Residential projects – focusing on the strong Regional Developer sector
  • You will also work closely with the Contract Merchant partners & contractors to ensure a smooth pipeline.
  • Working with all parts of the supply chain to ensure smooth running of all projects.
  • 80% of the role should be focussed on winning specifications with regional house builders and private housing developers of all sizes. 
  • 20% managing relationships with subcontractors and merchants within the supply chain.
  • You will inherit a strong pipeline and it will be expected for that to be maintained.
  • Main focus on residential projects with some commercial and hotels. 

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be a proven field sales professional with strong commercial awareness.
  • Be able to work under their own initiative as well as part of a successful team. 
  • Have previous experience selling into the house builder/developer market with bathrooms.
