Regional Sales Manager - North London, North Home Counties & East Anglia

Role Overview:
Our client develops, manufactures and markets a wide range of energy efficient indoor comfort solutions for all types of properties. They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive specification and sales of their industry-leading heat pump solutions (Ground Source, Air Source, Exhaust Air) within the East of England. The role would include relationship development with key stakeholders, account management, and supporting installers as part of their expansion strategy.
Ideal candidate profile:
- Minimum 2 years in B2B technical sales, preferably within HVAC or building services
- Strong knowledge of heat pump systems and sustainability-led HVAC.
- Familiarity with funding regulations and building legislation.
- Existing network within the installer or M&E consultancy sectors.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and capable of remote work.
- Full UK Driving Licence required.
Package:
- Salary up to £65k (D.O.E)
- OTE - £15k p.a. (Quarterly)
