Overview:

On behalf of our client, a major shower brand, we are seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) to cover the London area. This person will play a pivotal role in driving the specification and adoption of adapted showering and inclusive bathroom solutions within the social housing, local authority, and supported living sectors.

This role is non-transactional and specification-led, focused on influencing decision-makers early in the design and adaptations process. The successful candidate will build strong, credible relationships with Occupational Therapists (OTs), Local Authority Adaptations Teams, Housing Associations, specifiers, and approved contractors.

Ideal Candidate:

• Specification-led sales or business development experience
• Background in adapted bathrooms, showers, or social housing
• Understanding of OT-led decision-making
• Strong presentation and relationship skills
• Full UK driving licence
