Overview:

The Key Account Manager is responsible for driving sales growth through direct engagement with UK Main Contractors, with a core focus on challenging, displacing, and converting competitor HVAC specifications on live and future projects.

The role promotes a comprehensive portfolio of HVAC, heating, and cooling solutions, positioning them as technically compliant, commercially competitive, and programme-friendly alternatives to incumbent brands across residential and commercial construction projects.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in HVAC, heating, or cooling sales within the UK construction market.
  • Demonstrable success selling to Main Contractors and breaking incumbent specifications.
  • Strong understanding of commercial plant, packaged solutions, and project-led sales cycles.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Technically credible with the ability to influence specification decisions.
  • Confident, resilient, and solutions-focused.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Highly organised with strong pipeline and project management discipline.
