Overview:

Reporting directly to the Regional Solutions Manager, you’ll play an integral part in maximising market share and sales through relationships with regional contractors and winning projects with key merchants. 

You will need to enhance the customer experience and provide a competitive advantage within Commercial HVAC market for our client (one of the UK's best known brands in the hot water and heating industry).

Ideal Candidate:

  • Have extensive experience within a technical and engineering discipline. 
  • Proven track record of delivering sales and lead generation across multiple channels and multiple market segments.
  • Experience of senior level negotiation and dealing with conflict
  • Ability to use mathematical concepts to create solutions for presentation and implementation to a non-technical audience.
  • Highly numerate, ability to turn data into information and action.
  • Ability to understand and interpret the market, products and services
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Broad knowledge of UK Construction markets and routes to market
  • Excellent all-round communicator, possessing strong electronic, written and oral communication abilities, with the ability to communicate at all levels
  • Worked across multiple market segments and applications in the construction industry
