£55k (D.O.E)

Overview:

Reporting directly to the National Solutions Manager, you’ll play an integral part in maximising market share and sales through relationships with specifiers & Key contractors in offering solutions to the market in line with customer requirements.

Delivering the Solutions selling strategy and lead generation within your defined area, you will need to enhance the customer experience and provide a competitive advantage within the Commercial HVAC market. As the market continues to move to decarbonised options, you will develop a bank of sales specification opportunities to meet customer needs utilising all of our clients product range.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Extensive experience within a technical and engineering discipline. 
  • Proven track record of delivering lead generation and sales across multiple channels and multiple market segments.
  • Experience of senior level negotiation and dealing within conflict.
  • Ability to create solutions for presentation and implementation to a non-technical audience.
  • Numerate with the ability to turn data into information and action.
  • Ability to understand and interpret the market, products and services.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Broad knowledge of UK construction and routes to market.
  • Excellent all-round communicator, possessing strong electronic, written and oral communication abilities, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Worked across multiple segments and applications in the construction industry.
