Overview:
The HVAC Brand design, develop and deliver innovative heating and ventilation solutions that address a wide range of needs, from sustainability and efficiency to aesthetic appeal and performance. They operate across the UK and Ireland, serving global markets through their Heating & Ventilation International division.
Main Purpose
- Technical aspect of the commercial business including Technical Support, Field Service Operations, Quality & Continual improvement & Product Training, with the objectives of ensuring product safety, minimising costs and improving the customer’s experience.
- Those who encounter their products have sufficient knowledge to install, service repair and use the products we deliver.
Tasks and Accountability:
- Responsibility for the UK Technical Services, Field Failure / Warranty Budget and Product Training
- Management of Technical Support Operations, Technical Services, Field Service and the Training Team.
- Continual evaluation & improvement process to improve quality, cost reduction, product safety, customer satisfaction.
- The performance of the department and management through effective key performance indicators, targets, and goal settings.
- Compliance with standards for SHEQ.
- Facilities and Health and Safety for the Southampton site.
- Business Review Meetings with UK management as required.
