The appointed person will report to the Technical and Training Manager providing technical expertise and support for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) products and systems. This role involves assisting internal teams, designers, contractors, and clients with system design, product selection, troubleshooting, and preparation of technical documentation. With the fast approaching energy transition from fossil fuels to renewable technologies, our client predicts significant growth in the residential market through their revolutionary and innovative new product launches.

• Formal qualifications in the HVAC sector are essential, with hands-on experience in hydronics systems design, installation, commissioning and technical support.

• Experience in producing and amending CAD drawings, preferably using BricsCAD

• Experience or aptitude in technical fault finding, with the ability to analyse installation or operational issues and identify practical solutions.

• Knowledge of control strategies, built-in and remote control, building management systems, and associated wiring.

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

• Good knowledge of renewable energy products is desirable, preferably in heat pump technology.
