Sean O'Sullivan

As the Managing Director of SOS Exec, I established the company after holding many senior positions in multi-national companies within the Building Products market.

My expert market knowledge and an acute awareness of client needs means I know the importance of placing the best candidates in roles and providing efficient solutions for clients.

In doing so, I consistently liaise with both clients and candidates to provide an unmatched level of personal service that means clients return to SOS Executive Search to provide their recruitment solutions. Our longstanding relationships within the industry means we are best-placed to create strategies on how to both attract and retain candidates who are committed to a career within your business.

Whilst adapting to the business needs of our clients, Sean has led the way in helping clients find talent within emerging parts of the market, including e-Commerce and Renewables. By keeping up to date with market trends and nuances, Sean has an informed perspective on the right candidates for the role.

Meet

Dawn O'Sullivan

I began working life in customer service at Redring Electric Showers, then progressed into banking and latterly into the education system.

I cofounded the business with my husband Sean in 2016 and following the early years of targeting recruitment (I landed our first role back in early 2017 for Graham the P&H Merchant!), I now concentrate on daily admin, accounts and legal aspects of the business.

I’m always keen to offer a balanced perspective on candidate attraction and retention and am adept at keeping candidates and clients positive!

Ron O'Sullivan

Ron is a half Lhasa Apso half Chihuahua, who has been with us since the start of the business.

Our friendly office dog provides a daily dose of sunshine to our colleagues and passers-by; although he sleeps through most of the day, he’s SOS Exec favourite ambassador - Three walks a day and he's happy and healthy!
